Senior Sales Executive – Interactive Services To Media Companies |

Triton Loyalty, a leading provider of unique audience database and loyalty marketing software and services for radio, television and print media, is looking for a very special person to become its next senior sales executive. This is an ideal opportunity for a bright, motivated individual who wants to be an impact player in a fast growing company that provides services to over 300 ‘A’ list media clients, including Clear Channel, CBS Radio, Gannett, Entercom, and Fox.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prospect, call, and close on GMs, PDs, and GSMs, of local media companies.
- Manage corporate relationships with influencers at the world’s largest media companies.
- Make face to face and webinar-based product presentations to small and large groups.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all sales efforts and opportunities in Salesforce.com.
- Work with implementation team to assure timely and accurate implementation of services.
- Support industry trade shows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years selling software, interactive services, or interactive advertising.
- Excellent presentation and phone skills.
- Strong prospecting skills. If you are unwilling to dedicate 2+ hours per day making cold phone calls a week, please do not apply.
- Strong strategic selling skills. "One call" closer's need not apply. Success selling Triton Loyalty products requires the ability to convince many buying influences across the client’s enterprise.
- Verifiable track record of quota achievement.
- Willingness to travel at least 20% of the time.
- Absolute computer literacy including heavy internet user plus Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and preferably salesforce.com or other CRM platform.
- Strong strategic, analytical, problem solving and project management abilities.
- Team player with a “get it done” attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
Strongly Desired Qualifications
- Experience selling software or interactive services to local media companies.
- Experience selling loyalty marketing services or software.
- Willingness to live in Atlanta, GA metro area.
Salary/Benefits: Strong performers will achieve over $100K in total income (base plus commission) in the first year. Additional benefits include full medical and dental, 401K, 3 weeks vacation, health club membership, expense account and more.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent service and quality solutions in the development, enhancement and maintenance of reporting and business intelligence systems.
- Work with the DBA and the Technology team to develop and manage Microsoft SQL Server database systems while insuring high levels of data integrity and availability.
- Work with the Product Development team and QA to define business requirements and deliver results.
- Work with the Product Development and the Technology team to meet corporate, team and personal objectives as defined by management.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree preferably in computer sciences or related field
Requirements:
- 7-10 years experience of DB development with MS SQL Server (including. SQL Server2008) is required.
- Strong T-SQL and Stored Procedure coding abilities required, familiarity with a .NET programming language extremely desirable.
- Experience building cubes and reports that take advantage of OLAP/Dimensional Modeling capabilities is desired
- Experience with SQL Server Analysis Services and Report Manager/Reporting Services is a definite plus
- Strong team working skills, an analytical nature, life-long learning and excellent written and oral communications skills are requirements for this position
- Ability to troubleshoot technical problems with beta and new release software, and research possible solutions using the internet and other available resources
- Experience with data analysis and data modeling; data warehouse experience a plus
- Experience in optimizing databases; solid understanding of referential integrity and the use of indexes
- Experience implementing and supporting 3rd party applications and web-based applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite including Word and Excel
